In case you have received a damaged product, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Naturenna, Block-H, Ganpati Vihar Colony, Sojat, Rajasthan, India
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Naturenna, accessible from https://naturenna.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days in case damage to the product is received. If 7 days have passed since your product has been delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. COD orders are not eligible for refunds as the original payment method is not available for refund.
Please note that the refund or return policy is only applicable to damaged products, not based on the feel or liking of the product.
Still, in case you are not happy with the product quality, a refund can be issued with a deduction of Rs 50 for shipping & handling and you have to return the product for a quality check.
Refunds will be provided once the product reaches us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Block-H, Ganpati Vihar Colony, Sojat, Rajasthan, India. Return shipping cost has to be borne by Customer.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Block-H, Ganpati Vihar Colony, IOC Colony You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
